LUCKNOW: The third season of the UP T-20 League, organized by the Uttar Pradesh Cricket Association (UPCA), is set to kick off on August 17 at Lucknow’s Ekana Stadium. The tournament aims to take the cricket craze in Uttar Pradesh to new heights. Six teams will be participating: Kanpur Superstars, Meerut Mav-Ricks, Noida Kings, Gorakhpur Lions, Lucknow Falcons, and Kashi Rudras.

The inauguration will feature a colorful program on August 17 at 5 PM at Ekana Stadium. Film actresses Tamannaah Bhatia and Disha Patani will perform to Bollywood and Hollywood songs, while singer Sunidhi Chauhan will also be a part of the event. According to a UPCA official, necessary arrangements are being finalized, and tickets will be available for purchase on the BookMyShow app.
All 34 matches will be played in Lucknow and will be broadcast live on Sony Ten and Sony Liv. BCCI Vice-President Rajeev Shukla and UPCA President Nidhiapati Singhania will also attend the ceremony. Preparations for the league’s launch are complete, promising a thrilling mix of exciting cricket and entertainment for the audience.
